1. GENERAL USE

1.1 Eligibility
By using the 365punt.com site and entering into this User Agreement, you affirm that you are an individual, at least 18 years of age or older, have the capacity to enter into this User Agreement and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement for the 365punt crypto betting platform. In order to use the platform, you will be required to provide identifying information for account verification purposes.

1.2 Modification
We may change the terms of this User Agreement at any time. Any changes shall take effect when posted on the 365punt.com site. If you have supplied an email address, we will attempt to notify you of changes. It is your responsibility to update your contact information and review the agreement on each visit, as continued use signifies acceptance of any updates. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not waive our rights.

2. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW

Your use of the 365punt platform may be subject to laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. By entering into this agreement, you agree to act in compliance with all applicable laws.

3. ACCESSING THE PLATFORM

Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the 365punt platform solely per this agreement.
Credentials
You must keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for managing credential security and any unauthorized access.
Compliance
Access may be contingent on satisfying our verification processes, which may include identity, source of funds and other information we request. Failure to provide or update information promptly may result in services being unavailable.
Communications
We may communicate with you via the email address provided when accessing the platform. We are not responsible if you fail to receive notices sent to that address.
Termination
We may close, terminate or disable your account or access at any time and for any reason. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees or transactions.

4. BETTING WALLET

Description
The Wallet allows you to deposit and bet supported cryptocurrencies. You must maintain backups of all Wallet credentials outside of our services, as we cannot assist with password retrieval. Any currency associated with the Wallet may become inaccessible if you lose your credentials.
Betting Wallet
Cryptocurrency in your Betting Wallet will be held on a custodial basis by 365punt for your benefit. This means: a. Title remains with you and shall not transfer to 365punt. You bear risk of loss. b. The currency is not 365punt's property and cannot be loaned out by 365punt. c. You control the currency and may withdraw it, subject to applicable policies. d. 365punt may use shared addresses to custody customer funds, but maintains separate accounting for customer and company-owned funds. e. We may store deposited funds in hot or cold wallets at our discretion.
Holding Periods
We may impose minimum holding periods of up to 7 days on purchased cryptocurrency for fraud prevention.
No Cancellations
You cannot cancel or reverse any Wallet transactions. We may suspend, delay, redirect, reverse or cancel any transaction at our discretion, e.g. suspected fraud.
Transaction Limits
We may implement transaction limits in the Betting Wallet at our discretion based on various factors.
Negative Balances
If you reverse a payment resulting in a negative balance, we may liquidate assets in your account to offset the balance. You remain responsible for any outstanding balance.
Network Confirmations
We have no control over cryptocurrency networks, which are decentralized. Transactions on these networks may not be completed or may be delayed.

5. BETTING

Description
Through our betting platform, you can place bets on various events using your Betting Wallet funds at odds we provide.
Due Diligence
We may require you to satisfy our Compliance Program before allowing betting or payouts.

6. GENERAL RISK FACTORS

Your use of the platform involves risks we cannot be held responsible for, including but not limited to: a. Hardware, software or connection failures interacting with cryptocurrency networks. b. Vulnerabilities, forks or protocol changes causing losses on cryptocurrency networks. c. Losses due to volatility and price fluctuations of cryptocurrencies. d. Legal/regulatory changes impacting your ability to use cryptocurrencies. e. Risks of market orders executing at unexpected prices during volatility. f. Difficulty liquidating positions under certain market conditions. g. Irreversibility of cryptocurrency transactions, including accidental loss.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights for our site and services are owned by 365punt or licensors. You may only use our materials for the permitted personal, non-commercial use of our platform.
Accuracy of Information
We endeavor to verify information accuracy but make no warranties. You rely on any information at your own risk.
Third Party Services
We do not control or endorse any third party content, services or websites you access, which are at your own risk.
Cooperation with Authorities
We may provide information about your use of the platform to third parties, courts, law enforcement or regulators.

8. FEEDBACK AND SUPPORT

Feedback
Any feedback or ideas you submit grants us a royalty-free license to use without compensation.
Technical Support
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide email support but cannot guarantee response times.

9. LEGAL PROVISIONS

Restricted Locations
You represent you are not located in any restricted location or country under US embargo.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to interfere with or disrupt the service, for illegal activities, unauthorized access, introduce malware, or provide false information.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Limitation of Liability
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE VALUE OF CRYPTOCURRENCY YOU PROVIDED US IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of this agreement.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you live outside the United States, any disputes shall be resolved by the courts in London, England under English law.
